Mandy left her brief teaching career to throw her hat into the professional cooking ring where her degree in French is most useful for correcting people’s pronunciation of “boursin” and “hors d’ouvres”.

Jackson never met a piece of meat that wasn’t better served by hours of slow, flavorful smoking. With his secret sauces and rubs, powerful smoking technique, and ability to coax out the hidden flavors from any cut of beef pork or chicken, he has come to be known by many as The Meat Whisperer. Despite his passion for all things meat, Jackson maintains his day job as a videographer and spends his free time training to fight ninjas and perfecting his coif.
